The presentation focuses on game theory and its relevance for project business. Game theory helps understand how organizations and people run into dilemmas between their own interests and common interests.
The lecture uses everyday examples to show how game-theoretical effects can lead projects into crises, and what actors can do to recognize and avoid such dilemmas early on, thus ensuring project success.
